Texas Companies Embrace HVAC
Cost Savings and Superior Customer Service Delivered by HTS
Texas.
HTS Texas, one of the largest independent commercial HVAC
manufacturers' representatives in North America, has experienced
year-over-year revenue growth of 30 percent for the last five years,
has hired more than 60 new employees in the last 12 months and
expanded operations in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San
Antonio locations to address market and customer needs across the
state.
“The booming Texas economy creates opportunity for building owners
to upgrade their HVAC systems, increasing the demand for the most
energy-efficient HVAC equipment and supplies,” said Todd McCullough,
general manager of HTS Texas. “We have grown to an annual income of
$110 million in just 10 years and we continue to grow in Texas. We
are unwavering in our commitment to meet building owners HVAC needs
for the full life of their equipment.”
HTS Texas added key personnel in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston
and San Antonio; opened an HVAC parts store front in its San Antonio
and Fort Worth locations; and expanded square footage in its Dallas
and Fort Worth offices to accommodate the sales demand, McCullough
said. The Dallas location on Wallace Drive in Carrollton now has
19,400 square feet of space and the Fort Worth location on White
Hall Drive in Richland Hills has 10,894 square feet of space. And
the HTS Texas sales team delivers the experience and expertise
building owners need to make the best choices for their HVAC systems
installations or upgrades to provide cost savings over the life of
the equipment.

“Our entire organization is highly
focused on providing built-environment expertise that allows
building owners to manage the costs and benefits of systems they
will live with long after the architects and general contractors
have moved on to other projects,” said Mike Donovan, founder and
president of HTS Texas. “Our deep knowledge of the
built-environment helps owners achieve the best indoor air
quality, while reducing operational and energy consumption and
providing reliable HVAC solutions. HTS Texas delivers custom
systems in the design phase and stays with the systems and
building owners to ensure their ongoing needs are met by someone
who fully understands their unique issues and requirements.”
HTS Texas reached other growth milestones in the second half of
2012. The company launched a new online parts store offering an
extensive catalog of HVAC premium products. Additionally, HTS
Texas introduced the HTS Airside Products Group, a partnership
with Krueger HVAC, a major North American air distribution
manufacturer, and Twin City Fans & Blower, a full line designer
