Board of Directors of
Morrison Supply Company Elects Pool Corporation President and
Chief Executive Officer Manuel J. Perez de la Mesa as Director.
The Board of Directors of Morrison
Supply Company announced today that it has elected Manuel "Manny" J.
Perez de la Mesa as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Perez de
la Mesa is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pool
Corporation , the world's largest wholesale distributor of
swimming pool and related backyard products. Joining PoolCorp in
1999 as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Perez de la Mesa became CEO
in 2001. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Perez de la Mesa served as Vice
President of Distribution Operations for Watsco, Inc., a HVAC/R
distribution company. He has also served as an executive at Del
Monte and IBM. Mr. Perez de la Mesa has an MBA from St. John's
University and a BBA from Florida International University.

Mr. Chip Hornsby, Morrison's Chief
Executive Officer, said: "Manny brings to our Board seasoned
leadership in building high-growth, industry-leading
distribution businesses. He has a unique track record in growing
organizations through strategic acquisitions and internal people
development. Specifically, his experience in building PoolCorp
into a market leader with a well-respected brand name will be a
valuable asset as we look to expand Morrison Supply in the
coming years."
Mr. Perez de la Mesa has also served on the Board of Directors
for American Reprographics since 2004. He is a member of the
Board of Directors for the US Chamber of Commerce.
