Airtec Products Hands Out Three “Top Gun - 2010” Manufacturer’s Rep. Awards.
Airtec Products Corp., Fall
River, Mass., a manufacturer and importer of HVAC/R products,
presented its “Top Gun--2010” awards to three manufacturer’s
representatives at the 2011 International Air-Conditioning,
Heating & Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo® 2011) in Las
Vegas, Nev., Jan. 30.
Honored were Steve Solomon, Hill
& Associates, Carrollton, Texas; Chuck Feldman, Marketair
Inc., Edison, N.J.; and David Williams, Comfort Associates Midwest
LLC., Blue Springs, Mo. “These three Top Gun sales agencies were
partially responsible for Airtec Products recording a double-digit
sales increase last year, which is an exceptional feat in a
recessionary year,” said Lou Laroche, national sales manager,
Airtec Products.

Hill &
Associates had the largest percentage of total sales in 2010, due
partially to its significant sales increases of Airtec’s Novent
refrigeration access port locking caps, which deter refrigerant
theft, leaking and teenage huffing.
Marketair had the
largest dollar increase in total sales in 2010 due to its
marketing thrust in Airtec’s air diffusion MV series, which
features a factory-assembled diffuser/ damper/collar combination
that is field-installable in less than 72 seconds.
Comfort Midwest
Associates had the largest percentage achievement of the total
sales target for 2010, particularly in Airtec’s Aspen Pumps
line, which offers a complete selection of mini-split air
conditioner condensate pumps for every possible project
application.
